1. Moist heat sterilization

Taking advantage of the strong penetrating power of steam, the wet heat treatment of soybean meal, protein has a good denaturation effect and is relatively mild, destroying the three-dimensional structure but causing little damage to the primary structure.

2. Fungal enzyme synergy

Probiotics based on endocarboxypeptidase, pectinase and high-yielding extracellular polysaccharide EPS,ocarboxypeptidase decomposes macromolecules and destroys the three-dimensional structure, which is beneficial to the pre-digestion and the decomposition by animal enzymes, moderately fermented soy protein and pectin are easy to swell with water (or digestive juice), and have good rheological properties in the digestive tract, which irritation to the intestines.  

3. Low temperature drying

Soybean protein has strong swelling power and needs to avoid the "collapse" of the external particles of the bean cake during high-temperature heating and drying, the low-temperature hot air drying process can effectively maintain the swelling rheological properties and retain active substances.
